Middlesex Beach
This project involved the removal of screening (pictured in the photo to the right) and adding new exterior walls to close in the attached porch. In order to complete this project, sanding and finishing of the existing cedar porch floor was completed. Insulation was installed in all walls, floor and ceiling, as well as installing a new HVAC system. Interior wall finishes and interior trim was put up to complete the interior, while Hardi-plank siding was used on the exterior. This project was finished off with the installation of new Andersen casement windows and sliding glass door.
North Bethany Beach
This project involved the removal of all cedar siding on the house, most of the wall sheathing and all of the wall insulation that became wet and rotted through water intrusion. Since the initial builder did not install the house wrap paper beneath the siding properly, water was able to get behind the paper. The house was then painted and Hardi-plank horizontal cement board siding with composite trim was installed. In addition to the siding repairs, a new 2nd floor addition was completed to create a new T.V. room.

North Bethany Beach
This featured house is located one house back from the ocean in a private gated community. This multi-phase project, lasting over three months, consisted of various new installations and renovations. Some new items that were installed were skylights, impact-resistant sliding glass doors, cedar screen panels, entrance doors & chimney cap. Decks were updated with new composite deck surfaces and vinyl railings. The project also included structural beam repair on 2 decks.

South Bethany Beach
This project in South Bethany Beach consisted of removing an existing one story 10′ x 21′ addition and replacing it with a new year-round 20′ x 21′ room. The construction of this new addition included new electrical, heating, A/C, pine white washed planking on walls & ceiling, and exposed wood beams on ceiling. The addition was completed with new insulated windows and doors, flooring, and ceiling fans. This project also included the additiona of composite decking above the new addition.
