Breakwater Beach
This house is located on the ocean block in a premier North Bethany neighborhood. Due to an inferior paint job and poor caulking, water collected behind the wood siding and caused it to rot. The rotted wood siding adn trim was demoed and removed. In it’s place, cement board Hardi-Plank siding and composite trim were added to the exterior of the home.
Ocean Ridge
This project included major repairs and renovations to exterior of this home, located two blocks from the beach. The bulk of the project consisted of replacing rotted siding, sheathing, framing and insulation. The siding that was installed was stained, and damaged interior drywall was repaired. This project was rounded out with the installation of new Anderson sliding doors.
Middlesex Beach
Located in a private beachfront community, only two houses from the beach, this home was transformed with major exterior renovations. This project included replacing the old roof with new Architectural Roofing Shingles. Rotted siding was replaced with new Alcoa Structures insulated vinyl siding. Repairs were made to the rotted wall sheathing, and the deteriorated chimney cap and chase cover were replaced. New Trex composite decking and Endurance vinyl railings were added to the exterior of the home.
