- One free service call any time throughout the year.

- 24 hour emergency service.

- Guaranteed response within 24 hours of your call for non-emergency.

- Peace of mind for home repairs.

One call - One source - All your maintenance needs!

Q: What kind of packages do you offer?

A: Our package offerings can be viewed on our Services page for more information.

Q: How can I save money by having a maintenance contract?

A: Savings can be over ten times the cost of the annual contract. Our annual home evaluations reveal roof leaks, improper wall flashing, window leaks and doors leaks that can be fixed and maintained to insure against evasive water intrusion that can lead to thousands of dollars to repair. We also check all your faucets and toilets to make sure that there is no running water or leaks that cause high water bills. Q: What is Infra-Red Thermography?

A: Infra-Red Thermography is a process that photographs and records temperature differential of surfaces. Cooler surfaces show up as dark colors, which indicates the lack of insulation or the presence of moisture.

Q: How can you tell if the dark area on the Infra-Red thermographies is because insulation is missing or because there is moisture behind my wall or celing?

A: We first identify areas of concern and then double-check them with a very sensitive moisture meter. This will confirm the problem.

Q: Will the Infra-Red camera show if I have heat loss in my windows and doors?

A: Yes, not only will it show this, it will also show any areas of heat loss at the perimeter of windows and doors.

Q: What are some examples of how the Infra-Red Thermography service can be beneficial?

A: There are many benefits to this service, here are just a few:

- Locating areas of wet, rotting siding

- Locating the source of water leaks

- Checking energy efficiency of windows and doors

- Finding areas where insulation is missing

- Find areas where windows and doors are not insulated properly

Q: Will I get copies of the Infra-Red thermographies?

A: Yes, we will give you color photos that show the temperatures of the surface of any problem areas we find. This will help avoid removal of unnecessary finishes to find a problem.
